My wife and I made our first home purchase from Nick Clifton. He was the seller as well as the agent for his personal home, which allowed us to negotiate and talk face to face with Mr. Clifton directly. We forgoed using an agent ourselves, as Nick was able to answer any questions we had about the process. Being first time home buyers and new to how the process went, we had lots of questions, but Nick was very detailed with answers and always got back to us very quickly. He made our purchase practically effortless on our end, and was very easy to work with and negotiate with. I highly recommend Nick Clifton as an agent whether you are buying or selling.

I wanted to try to flip a house for a profit and went through several agents before I met Nick. It was a night and day difference between him and the other agents. He knew exactly what I was looking for because he has done it several times himself. He helped me set a budget and estimate what it would be worth afterwards. Then after two weeks of negotiating he was able to get them down to a price that I didn't think was possible. He was completely instrumental in a successful first flip and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
